Both have similar warranties. The Lincoln Navigator and the Lexus LX provide a New Vehicle Warranty of 48 months/50,000 miles and a Powertrain Warranty of 72 months/70,000 miles. However, the 2019 Lincoln Navigator accelerates past the 2019 Lexus LX, affording its owners Roadside Assistance for unlimited months and unlimited miles. The Lexus LX limits its owners to only 48 months of Roadside Assistance coverage.   

The edge in this category clearly goes to the Lincoln Navigator.  

2019 Lincoln Navigator vs. 2019 Lexus LX - Engine Options

The Lincoln Navigator comes with a twin-turbocharged 3.5L V6 engine while the Lexus LX engine is a 5.7L V8. Don't let engine size fool you. The Navigator's smaller V6 generates 450 horsepower, while the bigger LX V8 falls short at 383 horsepower. The Lincoln Navigator bests the Lexus LX by 67 horses.   

The torque contest has the same result. The 2019 Lincoln Navigator powers up 510 lb-ft of torque, while the 2019 Lexus LX manages only 403 lb-ft of torque-a 97 lb-ft of torque difference in favor of the Navigator.

You would think that all this Navigator performance would sacrifice fuel efficiency. On the contrary, the Lincoln Navigator EPA fuel efficiency rating is 16 MPG in the city and 21 on the highway. The Lexus LX only gets 13 MPG when driven in the city and 18 driving on the highway.   

You will pay more for gas for less power driving a Lexus LX.

The higher prices don't stop there. The starting price for the 2019 Lincoln Navigator is $73,205, while the 2019 Lexus LX breaks the bank at $86,230-over $13,000 more than the Navigator!

When considering cargo room, the 2019 Lincoln Navigator comes out on top. The Navigator's maximum cargo space is 103.3 cubic feet. The 2019 Lexus LX only allows up to 50.5 cubic feet for cargo.
